A Message From the Boss:

Grounded is more than a home builder—it’s a legacy. As a third-generation builder, construction has been part of my life since childhood. Conversations about homes, design, and craftsmanship have always been at the dinner table. I have worked in construction for 16 years now with experience at the bottom and the top.

Now, after graduating with a business degree and over five years of leading projects, I’ve had the privilege of managing the completion of more than 75 homes. Our approach is shaped by the last 50 years of my family’s experience—the successes, the lessons, and the relentless pursuit of better.

At Grounded, we take that knowledge and apply it to every project with precision and care. We focus on delivering homes that are thoughtfully built, financially smart, and designed to stand the test of time. Our process is streamlined and efficient, ensuring every step moves forward with purpose.
