Whether you’re building a custom home with us or purchasing one of our Grounded-designed projects, we’ll be with you every step of the way. From day one, you’ll be informed about every aspect of your future home. Every specification is documented for complete transparency, helping you clearly visualize your space as it comes to life.
Quality Reviews and Walkthroughs
A few weeks before you receive your keys, one of our team members will personally walk you through your new home—highlighting important details and answering any questions you may have. You’ll learn about your finishes, appliances, utilities, and plumbing—everything you need to feel confident and prepared as a homeowner.
Before possession, we complete our own detailed deficiency walkthrough. But we also invite you to do the same, ensuring every detail meets your expectations and that your new home is exactly as you envisioned.
On Going Support
Getting your keys is just the beginning. As you start this new chapter, our team is always just a call away to help with any questions that come up. We’ll also return at 2 and 11 months after possession to review your home together, making sure everything is performing as it should. If anything needs attention, we’ll handle it promptly to ensure your home continues to reflect the quality and care it was built with.
